PromptBoost offers a Free tier with 20 prompt generations that allows you to test the core functionality before making a purchase. We strongly encourage you to try the free version first to ensure it meets your needs.

Refund Policy
While we encourage trying our free tier first, we understand that circumstances vary. We offer a 14-day refund policy on all purchases. If PromptBoost doesn't meet your expectations, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
How to Request a Refund

- Include your order number or the email used for purchase
- Let us know why you're requesting a refund (optional, but helps us improve)
Refund Processing
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Your license key will be deactivated upon refund
- All device activations associated with your license will be deactivated
What's Not Covered
- Purchases made with stolen payment methods
- Abuse of the refund policy (multiple refund requests)
