SprklAI ("we", "our", or "us") builds desktop-first AI tools designed to run entirely on your machine. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. Our products are built with a privacy-first philosophy — most of our software operates locally with no cloud dependency by default.

2. Data We Collect

We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate our services:

• Website analytics: Aggregate, anonymized page view data via Vercel Analytics. No personally identifiable information (PII) is stored.
• Email contact: If you contact us by email, we retain your address and message to respond to your inquiry.
• Purchase information: If you purchase a product, payment is processed by a third-party provider (e.g. Stripe, Gumroad). We do not store your payment card details.
• Desktop applications: Our desktop products store all data locally on your device. No usage data, prompts, or personal information is sent to our servers unless explicitly described in that product's documentation.

3. Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not sell your data to third parties.
• We do not use tracking cookies or behavioral advertising.
• We do not collect telemetry from our desktop applications unless you have explicitly opted in.
• We do not profile users for advertising purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

This website is hosted on Vercel. Our products may integrate with third-party LLM providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, or others) at your direction. When you configure a third-party provider in one of our products, your data is subject to that provider's privacy policy. We encourage you to review their terms before use.

5. Data Retention

Contact email correspondence is retained for up to 12 months and then deleted unless an ongoing business relationship requires otherwise. Anonymized analytics data is retained per Vercel's standard data retention schedule.

6. Your Rights
