2. Products and Licenses

SprklAI products are licensed software, not sold. Unless stated otherwise, purchasing a product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that product for personal or commercial purposes subject to the license tier purchased. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software.

Open-source products published under a named license (e.g. MIT, Apache 2.0) are governed by that license. Refer to each product's repository for its specific license terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our products or website to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Generate, distribute, or store illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from proprietary components.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services or infrastructure.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with SprklAI.

4. Payments and Refunds

One-time purchases are processed through third-party payment providers. All sales are final unless otherwise stated at the point of purchase. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using a purchased product, contact us within 14 days of purchase at aisprkl@gmail.com and we will work to resolve it or issue a refund at our discretion.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Our products may connect to third-party AI providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq) at your direction using credentials you supply. SprklAI is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or output of third-party AI services. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and policies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our products will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SprklAI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

All trademarks, logos, and branding associated with SprklAI are our property. Nothing in these terms grants you the right to use our trademarks without prior written consent.
