These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PromptBoost software and services provided by NSR Technologies Inc. By purchasing or using PromptBoost, you agree to these Terms.

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to:

• Install and use PromptBoost on devices you own or control
• Use the software for personal purposes
• Receive free updates for 1 year of license purchase

2. License Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices
• Share your license key with others

2.5 Device Activation Limits

Your license tier determines the number of devices you can activate:

• Free: 1 device for testing
• Plus/Pro (platform-specific): 1 device per OS platform
• Advanced (universal): 3 devices across all OS platforms

You can deactivate devices through the license management interface in the desktop application to free up activation slots for use on other devices. For the most accurate and up-to-date details, please refer to our Pricing page.

3. One-Time Purchase

PromptBoost is sold as a one-time purchase. This includes:

• Perpetual license with 1 year of updates included
• No recurring subscription fees

We offer multiple pricing tiers (Free, Plus, Pro, and Advanced) to suit different needs. For the most accurate and up-to-date details, please refer to our Pricing page.

4. Third-Party Services

PromptBoost integrates with third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or performance.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

PromptBoost is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of PromptBoost.

7. Intellectual Property

PromptBoost and all related trademarks, logos, and content are our intellectual property. Your prompts and outputs remain your property.

8. Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and delete all copies.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
